Montgomery (Monte) is a visual artist living in Lethbridge, AB and Vancouver, BC. With a background in design and visual communications, his work often celebrates how simple lines and shapes create dynamic geometry. He predominantly uses acrylic and oil paints on stretched canvas and wood panel substrate. Monte likes to use different sizes of substrate to allow for flexibility in placing into a room's interior.
Inspiration is found in architecture, graphic design, and visual patterns found in nature. Monte is motivated by creating art pieces that complement the interior spaces of his customers and clients.
